Getting here
Fly into Athens, then head south along the coast. The table below lists what we know; it does not list what we do not.

Can I arrive early or stay longer?
Yes, no problem at all. Just add your check-in and check-out dates to the RSVP. We share them with the hotel, so you keep one room without changing between two bookings. Please fill in the RSVP soon.
Which flight should I take?
There is no specific recommended flight. We do strongly recommend booking with an Israeli airline, so you are covered if security tensions or military operations disrupt flights.
How do we get around?
From the moment you reach the hotel until you leave, we take care of your transportation for every activity during the stay. We do recommend renting a car, so you are free to travel before and after the weekend.
What about the food?
Greek cuisine is built on vegetables, cheese and fish, which suits many kosher diets. The dishes are not certified kosher by any authority. If you have special needs, write them in the RSVP (the allergies field or the note for the planner) and we will arrange the right food for you.
Where should I stay?
Part of the weekend's activity is hosted by the hotel we suggest, which makes staying there the easiest option. You are more than welcome to book somewhere else: there are plenty of lovely places around. Let us know, and we can suggest alternatives if you wish.
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from the airport. You can take Uber or Beat, or rent a car if you like. If you would like help arranging a transfer, tell the planner and they will take care of the rest.
Who is the contact person?
We are working with the production company Overseas. A representative is assigned to help with whatever you need during the weekend. Contact them on WhatsApp or by email, with the details just below.
